What is your online refund policy?
We may offer a full refund if due to Covid-19 Restrictions delay the product longer than the customer needs the goods. We offer store credit if the item purchased isn't the correct product the customer needs.
Where does my Appliances Today order dispatch from?
Depending on the Manufacturer Appliances Today may dispatch from Melbourne or some products may be dispatched from the Manufacturers locations.
Where are your products made?
We have a verity of products made in all parts of the world, with some products being assembled in Australia.
Does Appliances Today sell factory seconds or second-hand products?
No, all products are brand new.
Do Appliances Today products come with a full Manufacturer's Warranty?
Yes, Appliances Today offer full manufacturers warranty and when we install the product we offer a Certificate of compliance to ensure the warranty is valid.
I've seen one of your products advertised cheaper elsewhere - can Appliances Today price match?
We may be able to offer a price match depending on the product. We don't offer price match on all products.
How can I pay for my order online?
There are 3 ways you can pay for your order online.
1. Pay with your Credit Card/ Bank Card.
2. Pay with our Buy Now, Pay Later Options with Humm.
3. Pay with your Humm90 Credit Card.

Yes we do. Appliances Today is happy to be partnered up with Humm for all you Buy Now, Pay Later Options.
What happens after I have completed payment online successfully?
Appliances Today will process the order and ensure that all products are ordered with the supplier and then delivered to out to you.
I want to see the products in person. Does Appliances Today have a physical store or a showroom?
No Appliances Today is an online store only.

Appliances Today deliver Australia Wide.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Appliances Today don't hold stock of all products therefore we are governed by the Manufacturers stock levels. All products have different delivery times Due to Covid-19 restrictions but we will do everything in our power to ensure you receive your product as quick as possible so you can enjoy you new item.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees very between $50-$250 but we also offer free delivery on anything over $2000.
How can I track my in transit orders?
Appliances Today will send you an email with all you tracking details when you delivery is on its way.
What are the cut-off times for Appliance Today's next-day delivery?
Appliances Today don't offer next day delivery yet.
Does Appliances Today provide a delivery time frame?
Appliances Today does not offer Delivery time frame but we ensure our drivers will call customers to let them know they are an hour or so from delivery.
I want to select my own delivery window. Does Appliances Today offer a premium delivery service?
Appliances Today will do everything in its power to offer a delivery window but this is not always a guarantee.
What happens if I am not home when the driver attempts to deliver?
Our drivers will leave in a safe place if not home but we always request that all customers are home for delivery.
I need to reschedule my delivery. How do I change my delivery date or amend my delivery details?
We require all customers to call or email Appliances Today to inform us of any changes needed to their order delivery.
Does Appliances Today charge for redelivery?
Depending on the circumstance Appliances Today may or may not charge redelivery.
Can I nominate a different delivery address to the billing address?
Yes, when you are at checkout you can fill in the form with different Delivery and Billing addresses.
Can someone accept my delivery on my behalf?
Yes, orders can be sign by anyone at the property you give authority to.
How will my delivery driver contact me?
The delivery driver will contact you by the phone number provided at time of order. So please ensure all phones numbers are correct, in case there has be either a delay or issue with delivery.
Which appliances will the delivery drivers connect for free?
Freezers and some clothes dryers are the only product that will be offered as a free connection as they are only plug in.
Which appliances require installation by our fully trained and experienced installers at an additional cost?
Please check our installation page for all products that have an additional charge for installation.
We recommend all products that have either a Gas, Water or Power connection that will void the warranty if not installed by a fully trained professional. ie. Ovens, Hot Water Units, Taps, Toilets.
I need my appliance to be professionally installed, will this affect the delivery date?
No the delivery will come with the installer.
Do you offer a removal service for the old appliance I'm replacing?
Appliances Today only offer the removal of the old appliances if we are installing the new appliance.
Can I add delivery instructions?
Yes at checkout there is a notes field for all instructions.
Can I pick up items from the warehouse?
Yes, but only Melbourne pick up only.
